Title 职位: 维修经理 Maintenance Manager

Main Functions:主要职责

1、负责所属人员的管理，培训和评估等工作，优化组织机构，确保生产设备的正常运转。
Take charge of own team about management, training and evaluation etc.,
optimize the organization to ensure the equipment running freely。

2、制定（改善）维修体系并确保其运行良好。
Make (improve) maintenance system to ensure the good running.

3、负责动力设备的正常运行以保证水、蒸汽、氮气、氢气、液化气、油、压缩空气的正常供应。
Be responsible for utility equipment to ensure good supply of water, steam, N2,H2, gas, heavy oil and compressed air.

4、制定生产设备的重大技术改造方案并监督检查落实情况，负责生产设备具体的改造项目。
Make technology modification plan for equipment and monitor the result; take charge of the modification project in the line.

5、负责维修成本的控制。Cont
