Title 职位: Albarino Line Manager 压花线经理

主要职责

1. To be responsible for the overall operation of the Albarino Line and ensure themulti shifts running effectively and produce the products timely and with good quality.
全面负责压花线的运营管理，确保各班次的高效运转及按质按量的完成生产计划任务。

2. To effectively lead and manage the team (by selecting, managing performance,training and motivating the whole team, etc.) to ensure the consistent attainment ofproduction schedules at optimum productivity.
高效的领导和管理团队（通过人员的甄选配置、绩效管理、培训发展、激励等方式），持续高效完成生产任务。

3. To be responsible for the production procedure and SOP’s establishment and continuous improvement, and ensure the implementation.
负责生产流程和SOP 的建立和持续改进，并确保实施。

4. To coordinate and integrate with other
